Our love affair with food trucks

We love food trucks. Our readers love food trucks. Everyone loves food trucks. They are naturally greener than other restaurants and are a great alternative to traditional fast-food. Sure, they emit greenhouse gas emissions, moving from one place to the next, but in comparison to the amount of resources and energy consumed by traditional restaurants, they’re light years ahead of the game. Moreover, food trucks rely on using local produce, encouraging sustainable dining wherever they wheel.
